    Payment for the order is made once the design is approved, before production: when you give the go-ahead to our mock-up or, if you design it yourself and purchase on the website, when we review it. The only thing paid in advance is the samples, if you request them.

  • If it doesn't match, we redo it

    If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we redo it at no cost.

  • Claims within 7 days

    Because it carries your brand, it can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you approved, tell us within 7 days with photos and we replace or refund it. Terms

About this product

The set includes two A5 notebooks, one with lined pages and the other with blank pages. They are made from stone paper, a sustainable and high-quality material. Each notebook features 50 waterproof pages that are tear-resistant and perforated for easy removal. The notebooks have a waterproof cover, a back pocket for storing notes, and rounded corners. They are suitable for use in meetings, brainstorming sessions, or any time when practical and durable recording of ideas and notes is needed.

How much does Set of two A5 Karst® notebooks cost with my logo?

From SEK 254 per unit at 25 units, with marking included. The price drops with quantity: from 2.500 units it comes to SEK 167 per unit. These prices exclude VAT and shipping: both are calculated in the quote, using the delivery address.

Does the price include marking?

Yes. The price you see already includes single-colour marking in the standard location. If you want more colours or a different technique, we'll tell you the cost in the quote.

Where and with which technique can Set of two A5 Karst® notebooks be marked?

Marking locations: libreta 1, detrás, and libreta 2. Available techniques: Pad Printing, Circular screen printing, Hot Stamping, Drop of resin, and UV digital printing. Before you decide anything, we'll show you the logo placed on the product, in the location and at the size the technique allows, at no cost.

What is the minimum order?

A minimum order of SEK 1,129 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only (not shipping). You can reach it with this product on its own or by combining it with others. Below that, setup costs outweigh the product itself and the per-unit price stops making sense.

How long does the quote take, and how long is delivery?

The quote, 24 working hours. The delivery time depends on the technique and quantity and is shown on each product's page, in working days to your country.

Can I see how my logo will look before ordering?

Yes. Send us the logo and we'll return the simulation on the product together with the fixed quote. It costs nothing and involves no commitment.

What format should I send my logo in?

In vector format, preferably SVG, AI or PDF. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, let us know: we'll check it and tell you whether it works for the marking size.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. From this page you can order up to 10 unbranded samples, in the colours you want, from €19.90 per unit plus shipping, and pay by card. Samples with your logo are ordered from your branding proposal. Samples are paid separately and are not deducted from the order.

Do you ship to other European countries?

To the whole European Union. Shipping is calculated by weight and volume, is included in the quote and can go to one address or several. Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) there are customs and duties: write to us and we will sort it out with you.

Does the invoice include VAT?

Prices exclude VAT. If your company has a VAT number that VIES validates and receives the order outside Spain, the invoice carries no VAT under the reverse charge: you account for it in your country, as with any EU supplier. Deliveries in Spain carry Spanish VAT.

Do I have to pay anything to request a quote?

No. Requesting a quote is free, with no obligation and no need to create an account. The only thing you pay for in advance is the samples, if you request them. You pay for the order when you approve the mock-up with your logo, before production; if you design it yourself in the studio and buy directly, your card is only held and charged when we review your design.

What if the branding doesn't come out like the mock-up?

We redo it at no cost. If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we make it again.

Can I return my order?

A product branded with your logo can't be returned or exchanged: it can't be sold to anyone else. What we do cover is any mistake of ours: if something arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a print that differs from the mock-up you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we replace it free of charge or, if that isn't possible, refund it. Production can deliver up to 5% more or fewer units, and you are invoiced for what arrives.
