How much does a custom lanyard or badge holder cost?

For conferences, trade fairs and corporate events
At an event, you need the logo to be readable from a distance, the strap not to twist, and the fastening to last all day. Printed lanyards in standard widths, in polyester or recycled PET, with a lobster clip or safety break and screen printing or sublimation are usually the best fit.
The most common mistake is choosing the width without checking the design. A simple logo works better on a narrower strap; if you add a slogan or sponsor logos, you’ll need more space. For prolonged use, sublimation stands up better to rubbing and won’t crack.

When the priority is keeping the card visible and passing readers without losing time, sleeves, badge holders and retractable badge reels matter most. They’re simple, lightweight pieces that are easy to match with the lanyard or uniform, with the logo on the front when needed.
Think first about how the card is used, not the design. If it is shown or scanned often, a retractable reel avoids taking the badge out all the time. If someone carries several cards, you can combine it with custom card holders in the same order.

If the strap will be used with a phone or worn every day beyond the conference, it’s worth stepping up a level. Adjustable models or designs made for smartphones, some in recycled materials or with special details, handle that use better and give a cleaner overall look.
Here the print method makes a big difference. If your logo has gradients or several colours, sublimation or digital transfer is better; if it is simple and you want a very accurate corporate colour, screen printing. It also helps to separate roles by colour when you have staff, visitors and suppliers.
