For a welcome pack or an internal campaign, what matters most is that it is easy to use from day one and that the unit cost stays sensible. Simple keyrings and discs work well here, with your logo in pad print or UV print on the front.
Check compatibility before you decide: if your team uses phones on both major operating systems, a Dual version is the safer choice. On smaller formats, a brand symbol works better than a long name because the print area is limited.
