Branded coasters and décor items: prices and what to choose for each use
A décor item costs from SEK 9 per unit, including branding on the pieces that allow it. Not everything here does the same job: branded coasters for a meeting need to be light and easy to read, while a diffuser or lamp is chosen for its presence. In this guide you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real products, and the branding points to check before you order.
How much does a branded décor item cost?
Price per unit with your one-colour logo in the standard branding area, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price falls as quantities rise because the branding setup is spread across more units.

For events, receptions and meeting rooms
When you’re handing them out at an event or leaving them on a table, what matters is that they are light, compact and show the logo clearly. In the Essential range, cork or plastic custom coasters and simple printed rulers work especially well: visible items, easy to send, with engraving, pad printing or UV printing depending on the material.
If your design includes a photo, gradient or lots of subtle tones, don’t force it into a one-colour technique. In that case, a model designed for full-colour print is the better choice. And if you want to complete the desk gift, pair it with a branded mug.

Sencha Cork Coasters Laser engraving From SEK 9 with your logo
· 250 units For welcome packs and office touches
For a welcome pack or a detail that will stay on display, increase the presence of the item and reduce the size of the logo. In the Plus range you’ll find table lamps, clocks and fragrance or table pieces that can take pad printing, engraving or UV printing on the base, lid or a discreet area.
The typical mistake is turning the item into a signboard. On a lamp or diffuser, a small logo works better and makes it more likely to be used. If you’re giving fragrance to a large group, choose soft scents or switch to a fragrance-free piece, such as branded lamps.

When the aim is a gift for the home or an important client, the presence of the item matters more than the size of the branding. The Premium range includes wellbeing sets, humidifiers and home or textile pieces that work well as a thoughtful gift, with a small logo where the model allows it.
Don’t assume everything can be branded: in this category some items are supplied as they are, while others can take a logo on the vessel, lid or base. Check the product page and, if your order includes candles or fragrance items, also look at the branded candles to keep the set consistent.

How each material is branded
| Material or product type | Branding technique | How the logo looks |
|---|---|---|
| Cork | Laser engraving | In a toasted shade, with no ink; works best with simple logos |
| Bamboo | Laser engraving or pad printing | Natural and understated, or in colour when the logo needs it |
| Rigid plastic | UV digital printing or circular screen printing | Sharp and in colour; depending on the model, suitable for simple or full-colour designs |
| Laminated paper | Full-colour printing | Edge to edge, with photos or gradients |
| Diffusers, lamps, frames and humidifiers | Pad printing, laser engraving or UV digital printing | Small and in a discreet area, so the item still feels like a gift |
