A5 leaves room to take notes through a whole meeting without taking over half the desk. It fits in a folder or an event bag.

FSC or recycled paper

Almost every model is FSC-certified and there are recycled paper versions. It is a clear selling point if your company cares about where its giveaways come from.

Two marking techniques

UV digital printing reproduces logos in fine detail, and hot foil stamping gives a metallic finish on the cover. The price already includes one-colour marking in the standard area.

An A5 notepad is what you hand out at a training session, an internal away day or a client presentation: each attendee takes their own notebook and keeps using it back at the office. It also works well in onboarding kits alongside the rest of the working materials.

At trade shows and events it works because it is useful and light. If you want something different, the range also includes A5 seed paper sheets and A5 greeting cards, which suit campaigns or mailings to clients.

Paper, cover and marking

All models are made of paper and card in white. There are notebooks with wraparound covers, recycled paper versions, and most are FSC-certified. Several models have up to 30 sheets, a thickness suited to everyday notes.

Marking is done with UV digital printing, suited to logos with fine detail or several colours, or with hot foil stamping, which leaves a metallic finish on the cover. Before you pay, you receive a free mock-up with your logo placed on the notepad.

How to choose A5 branded notepads

Certified or recycled paper: If sustainability matters in your purchase, filter by FSC certification or by recycled material; there are models that meet one or the other.
Number of sheets: For meetings and events, a notepad of up to 30 sheets is light and enough. For continued use in the office, check on each product page how many sheets it has.
Type of cover: The wraparound cover protects the sheets when the notepad travels in a bag or rucksack. The simple cover is lighter and cheaper to ship in bulk.
Marking technique: Choose UV digital printing for logos with fine detail or several colours, and hot foil stamping if you want a metallic, understated finish on the cover.
