Branded diaries for companies: what they cost and how to choose the right one
A diary with your logo costs from SEK 13.10 per unit, with printing included. A diary for a sales team does not solve the same need as one for senior management or a new starter joining mid-year. In this guide you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real models from the category, and the details worth checking before you order: format, cover, date layout and printing method.
How much do custom diaries cost?
Price per unit with your logo in one colour on the cover, in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price drops as quantities rise because the print setup is spread across more diaries.

For onboarding, training and internal use
When a diary goes into a welcome pack or training session, it needs to be light, easy to carry and have a simple cover. Flexible diaries, kraft card covers or notebook-style formats work well here, with screen printing, pad printing or UV digital print depending on the logo design.
The usual mistake is giving a day-per-page diary to someone who only notes the odd meeting. For mid-year starters, an undated version is usually better. And if you want to complete the set, pair it with a branded pen in the same order.
For clients, management and year-end gifts
Here, presence matters more than unit price. A hard-cover diary, weekly or daily, feels more premium and is easier to use without a desk. At this level, foil blocking gives a smart, understated logo; if the design has several colours or gradients, UV digital print works better on the cover.
It is best to avoid a large, busy logo on an elegant-looking cover. On PU or covered diaries, small and centred usually works better. If you are giving it as a gift, the classic pairing is still a diary with a matching branded pen.
Choosing the right diary for each team’s way of working
If you are buying company diaries for different roles, decide on the format first. Week-to-view for people planning meetings, day-per-page for those taking lots of notes, pocket for people on the move and undated for anyone starting at any point in the year. That matters more here than the cover colour.
Do not give everyone the same diary just for convenience: sales teams, managers and technical staff usually work in different ways. And if what you really need is something to hang up or keep on a desk, look at branded calendars for companies instead of forcing a diary that will not be used.
Lead time: when you will receive them
It depends on the technique, the quantity and the delivery location. The table shows working days from order to delivery, including time to approve the mock-up and transport.

How each type of diary is branded
| Type of diary | Technique | How the logo looks |
|---|---|---|
| Covered hard cover | Foil blocking or UV digital print | Smart and centred in one colour, or full colour if the cover allows it |
| Flexible PU cover | Foil blocking or pad printing | Subtle and clean, or in one or more solid colours in a small area |
| Kraft card | Screen printing or UV digital print | Very clear in spot colours, or with a full-colour design on the cover |
| Diary with paper belly band | UV digital print | The band wraps around the diary with a full-colour design and is removed when use begins |
Minimum order and design
The minimum order is SEK 1,103 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: a weekly diary for sales teams and an undated one for new starters can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour on the cover and in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; if you change the print method or finish, that is adjusted in the quote.
Upload your logo on the product page and see the price straight away, or ask us for a free full-size mock-up: you pay when you approve it. The delivery time is shown on each product page. If you want to check the paper, size and feel before deciding, you can request samples.
